Before I could even consider moving in, the bathroom needed to be gutted and updated, with years of ignored leaks and water damage, it was extremely important we made sure we took care of everything. The walls are well insulated, the floors are even and the materials are all new; I used daltile for both the shower stall and floors, Ikea floating vanity, faucet, mirrored cabinets (which I recessed in the wall) and vanity light, American Standard shower kit, Danze handheld shower head, and a brand new Sears window. I am so pleased with the progress thus far and just need to add all the finishing touches!
